"We started OpsAlly to help get people where they wanted to go.. faster and more efficiently."

Everything really started back in 2009, when our Founder, Justin Sharpe, was in grad school focusing on the study of time optimization. His core research centered around designing a model that allowed him to input his personality (preferences and priorities) into software to optimize his time and free up space to do more of what he wanted to do.

OpsAlly was born from this research in 2011 (called Focus at the time) to help further this effort. He began consulting with small businesses to improve their workflows and increase productivity using many of the best-practices and immerging technologies he assimilated.

Gleaning from the learnings of past ventures & work experiences - logistics trainer for Wal-Mart, a company in the Nanoparticle manufacturing space, a Division Battle Captain for the Army, multiple owned marketing agencies, and an international acquisiton - the desire to help others achieve more and free space to do more of what they loved was further developed.

OpsAlly was designed with the same goals in mind - to help organizations to get where they're trying to go... faster and more efficiently.

We believe that by improving the perceived happiness level of entrepreneurs and business leaders, we can influence a trickle-down effect that helps to unite and progress humanity forward.

For us, this means optimizing the operations of the business and improving workflows, in order to increase team productivity and free leaders from the day-to-day operations.
